Despatch times may vary. Braveling cannot be responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. Please see our Delivery Policy for further details.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all information displayed on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. Our policy is not to disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
DATA PROTECTION ACT
Braveling complies with the standards, procedures and requirements detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998.
COLLECTING INFORMATION ON BRAVELING.CO.UK VISITORS
Braveling collects information on our website visitors collectively including which sections of the site are most frequently visited, how often and for how long. This data is always used as aggregated, non-personal information. Braveling uses this information to improve and enhance our service to you. This aggregated information may be shared with Braveling partners to provide them with an overview of how Braveling visitors use the website. This is done for the purposes of providing you with a better website.
Braveling only stores your IP address for the duration of the transaction process. This is simply as a security measure in case there are any issues with payment.
PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY
We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity – a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.
